Group Runs Week 3

Alright, we've been doing great and we're approaching one month of consistent training. Time flies. Here are your options for group runs this week.

Tuesday Jul 8:

4:45/5:00am - Track Tuesday Bowling Green High School

We will run a warm up through the neighborhood at 4:45, returning to the track at 5:00am, warm up is optional, you can meet us at the track at 5:00am

5:00pm - 8:00om Trek at the Track

Run or Bike at the Corvette Track. 505 Grimes Rd, Bowling Green, KY We get there when we can, the track is open to all and a great opportunity to run without worrying about traffic. more info on Trek at the Track here

Wednesday Jul 9:

5:30-6:30pm Stadium Workout LT Smith Stadium [1605 Avenue of Champions, Bowling Green, KY] We do a quick workout up and down the bleachers at WKU's football stadium. Some of us start at 5:30pm while more of us trickle in as late as 6:30pm.

Thursday Jul 10:

4:45am Hill Repeats [445 E Main Ave, Bowling Green, KY] bg26.2 course has hills in it, It would be a good idea not to skip this workout. We meet at the square near 440 Main to run up Main street. The view of sunrise is worth it.

Saturday Jul 12:

5:35am Group Long Run [300 E 8th Ave, Bowling Green, KY] Our weekly long runs start at the same place that the race does. We will mix it up this week by running the flatter portion of the course. Half marathoners have 6 miles while the Full marathoners are running 11mi
