July 21: 5:30am Long Run followed by Nutrition Clinic

Oh yeah, you do not want to miss this run. DJ Croxton from Benchmark Physiotherapy will be holding a clinic discussing nutrition. Fueling can make the difference between a strong finish or struggling to keep moving halfway in the race. We're back to running the rolling hills of Bowling Green again. Those training for the bg6000 will be running about 5K through downtown BG. The half marathoners will run 7mi, while the marathoners have 8mi. the route follows the course, so it should be familiar territory for those who have been running with us over the past month. If you are new to our running group, no worries, we will have printed copies of the route at the start of Saturday's run. We are starting at 5:30am at Bowling Green Ballpark



There will be Gatorade at the usual spots, Normal St across from Hardin Planetarium and Chestnut St by Phoenix Theater. The marathoners will follow the same route with an additional mile at the end.
