Sharks Group Run Saturday July 24

By now, Y'all know the drill - 6:30am at BG Ballpark. We're going back to running the official race routes. We have to train for the race we're running Below are suggested routes and distances for Saturday's run in accordance with the official bg26.2 training plans written by the Race Director herself. All runners/walkers are welcome, so bring your friends. The groups are free, even if you aren't training for the races, we encourage you to just come out and burn dome calories with us.

bg6000/Beginner Group

The bg6000 sharks are taking training to the next level. The workout calls for 90 sec jogs with a 90 sec walk break. Then, we will jog for THREE WHOLE MINUTES, before taking a three minute walk break. This will be done on the official bg6000 course.

Half Marathoners

The Half Marathoners will be running a 6-ish mi route that follows the first 10km of the course until hanging a left at 8th Ave to return to the ballpark.

Full Marathoners

The Full Marathoners have 13mi on the schedule, so we'll running the entire first lap of the the bg26.2 course.
